Umbau SB-Warenhaus Gelsenkirchen

As part of the restructuring of an existing administrative complex in Düsseldorf, we carried out extensive demolition and structural work while the building remained in operation.

This included the construction of a new steel connecting bridge between the building complexes, the construction of a reinforced concrete ramp—including a freight elevator—to implement a new logistics concept, and the creation of an atrium in the newly built passageway. In addition, the existing underground garage exit was structurally modified and expanded to include a reinforced concrete entrance to the underground garage.
