Umbau SB-Warenhaus Gelsenkirchen

As part of the renovation of a self-service department store in Gelsenkirchen, we were commissioned as the general contractor to provide all services in cost group 300.

The project focuses on the complete gutting of the building, as well as structural, interior finishing, and facade work across a floor area of more than 12,000 m². In addition to the new main sales area—the centerpiece of the project—the project will create numerous modernized storage areas, staff areas, concession spaces, and a new main entrance.

We are pleased that this investment in the Gelsenkirchen location will provide a significant and sustainable boost to the city and its residents.
