Lyght Düsseldorf

A twelve-story high-rise building was modernized as part of a complete refurbishment. The adjoining low-rise building was given an additional story, and the new foyer was extended by a cantilevered steel structure.

The newly created thirteenth floor of the high-rise building with access to the new Skygarden is the highlight of the project. The base of the Skygarden consists of a steel structure up to seven meters high, which was erected around the former roof of the building using a construction crane.

The entire refurbishment project was carried out in compliance with the requirements for LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum certification.
