Your responsibilities
- You are an initiator, controller, team player, and proactive communicator in the implementation of our projects with our construction site team
- You bear responsibility from the start of the project to the acceptance of the implemented projects in coordination with the senior site manager
- You will guarantee the requirements of the projects and will be responsible for deadlines, costs, quality, and good cooperation with our long-standing customers and project participants
- You will monitor the control and acceptance of subcontractor services
Your profile
- Successfully completed university studies in the field of civil engineering/architecture (diploma/bachelor/master’s degree) or comparable technical education
- Ability to think analytically and work in a structured manner
- Independent, team-oriented way of working and strong awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines
- Organizational and negotiating skills
- Enjoy communicating and working with other people
- Willingness to go on trips with overnight stays
